Is your work the means to an end?

And if it is, where do you think it's going to take you?
Is that where you really want to wind up?
If not, the time to change your course is now.  While there is still time.

The What If Game
What if you could do anything you wanted to do with your time, energy and resources?
What if nobody would think any less of you if you pursued that dream?
What if you could wake up every day so thankful that you get paid to do what you love?

What would it take for you to make a change?

I have spent my life doing work I love and made a good living doing it. I still love the work but would walk away without hesitation if the opportunity arrived. I'm basically working for a 2nd retirement.

I would rather not work and spend my time getting my personal space organized and researching genealogy and writing and have the resources to become a semi-professional gambler. People who know me would not question my decision

So maybe the next question is: What's stopping you? And, is there a way to begin moving that direction so you fuel your passion even while stuck in a day (or in your case, night) job?
